</p> <h3>NPC Regulations</h3> <p>
NPC Cards:
- All athletes must provide their NPC card
- Cards can be purchased online at npcnewsonline.com/join-the-npc/
- NPC cards will be also sold at check-in.
- Only CHECK or MONEY ORDER will be accepted. Both must be made payable to the NATIONAL PHYSIQUE COMMITTEE.
- NO CASH will be accepted.
MUSIC
- All bodybuilding, women physique, and men’s classic physique MUST supply their OWN music.
- Music must be on CD ONLY and can be NO LONGER than 45 seconds
- Posing music must be the only music on the CD and will be collected at Check-In on Friday night
- No profanity in music will be allowed. If profanity is included in music choices, competitor will be immediately disqualified.
- Competitors WILL NOT use music at pre-judging
PUMP-UP
- All competitors are required to bring bands for pump-up.
- No weights will be allowed in pump-up room.
ATTIRE
- Bodybuilding and biking competition suits MUST BE WORN TO WEIGH-IN for approval
- No “T” or thong suits will be allowed. Emphasis is on “good taste.”
- Due to venue rules, all athletes wearing tanning products MUST WEAR long-sleeve shirts and long pants to sit in auditorium seating! NO EXCEPTIONS.
CROSSOVERS
- Athletes may crossover in the same division no more than 3 times.
- No crossover will be permitted between divisions. Example: Physique to Bodybuilding, or Bikini to Figure.
- The NPC reserves the right to determine the number of competitors who will pose at the night show.
AUDIO/VISUAL
- No detachable lens cameras, no video equipment, no soliciting of photo or video services allowed in the auditorium!
- No live video streaming without signed consent from the National Physique Committee

- $100 per event, per competitor

- Deadline to enter as a competitor: March 24, 2018
- $50.00 LATE FEE for each entry received after deadline
- COMPLETED ENTRIES MUST INCLUDE:
- Completed and signed entry form and release form. (see above)
- Copy of driver’s license if entering TEEN, ALL MASTERS, and UNIFORM
- Proof of current year NPC card:

For reservations made BEFORE March 17th, 2018:
- Special room rate for the NPC Championships is $104.00
- Ask for the “NPC ROCKET CITY CLASSIC” when reserving your room(s).
- Reservations made ON or AFTER March 17th, 2018 are NOT guaranteed the special room rate and will ONLY be accepted on hotel’s availability.
- It is recommended that all competitors stay at the host hotel.
- It sometimes becomes necessary to change event schedules at the last minute and this information is only disseminated at the host hotel.
- In addition, competitors seem more properly prepared to compete when they have settled into and stay at the location of the event as opposed to driving to the event location from other hotels.

Check-In Requirements:
- All athletes MUST check-in and weigh-in on Friday between 5:00-7:00 PM.
- Only ATHLETES will be permitted in the room during weigh-in.
- No weigh-in on Saturday morning!
- All bodybuilding, women physique, and men’s classic physique MUST supply their OWN music.
- Music can be NO LONGER than 45 seconds
- Posing music must be the only music on the CD and will be collected at Check-In on Friday night
